Beautiful dress

This dress is super cute and I love that it's a velvet material. It has absolutely no stretch to it and it's definitely tight on my arms like another review mentioned. If you're between sizes and want it a bit looser, I'd recommend going with the larger size. I'm 5'3" and it hits right above my feet
