I am 5'9", weight 180lbs, have 36DD/DDD chest, have an hourglass figure, and wear a size 12 or 14 (depending on the brand). I bought a Large. The bottoms dig a little into my hips. They are big enough though that they cover my little pouch in front, and the back is big enough that it comes up pretty high. Does give a wedgie look. The top is just okay. I must be a lot bigger chested than the model, because the top doesn't provide much support, no matter how tight I tie the string in the back. I wouldn't recommend for large busts unless they are implants and stationary.
