Very sexy dress. I'm 5'8", 232 lbs & wear 16-18, which is 1x in most stores. I ordered a 2x for extra room for breast. Dress wasn't near a 2x. More. like a Large. Arms were tight, dress wouldn't cover my butt, & the back would not zip. Not sure if 3x would work.

after reading the reviews i’m so glad i chose a large instead of a medium. i’m 5’6 and 170 pounds and it fits perfect. i would’ve been so mad if i got a size down
