This is a very sexy dress, I would say, but I would definitely size up ladies. For reference, I'm 5ft 3½in, weigh 146lbs, am a 36C, have a 30in waist and a 41in hip size, and I wear a size 7 in jeans. This dress has like no stretch to it and was a bit of a pain to put on and take off. I think if I had ordered a large, it would have been really perfect. It squeezed my boobs so for the ladies with big boobs just be mindful. You may need a size larger or 2, depending on how big your chest is. If you're a slim petite woman, I think your normal size would be fine, but for the curvy ladies, definitely size up. I hope this helps.
