I went by the reviews and went up a size. Got a 9. They fit but I want them to fit tighter in the waist and hip. The other reviews said the waist was small. it ain’t! So I repurchased in a size 7 because I like that they are not super high waisted and are actually long. I’m 5’10 and 154lbs. They are tall girl friendly and the cuff isn’t sewed. So I may redo the cuff another inch or two to my liking. The color is also just like the pic. Semi heavy denim with some stretch, which is another reason I want to go with my regular size 7. I will say! I hate FN return policy and will prob no longer order jeans from here again. Having to pay for shipping and then only being able to get store credit is trash 🚮 But it is what it is.
