Several reviews mention that these boots are narrow around the calves, and I can confirm this issue. While they are cute, I can’t pull them up past my calves, which means they now sit unused on my shelf since I couldn’t return them. I’m 5’3 slim and very active in the gym. My calves are moderately muscular, so these boots seem designed only for really thin legs. Sizing up doesn’t help, as the foot area becomes too loose while the calf fit remains the same.
