I so love this dress. The top part is loose, and has some hard wires holding the front steady, the bottom part is made is different fabric and is pretty elastic. I'm glad I sized down. Only thing is, I thought the top came with a piece of fabric that'd cover the breasts...it doesn't, you'll have to wear a bra underneath.
