Bubble not bubbling

Usual Size: S
Yeah it’s fine but the bubble looks… weird. I love a bubble skirt but this one just looks sad and flaccid. Just not very well executed. No stretch. 5’6”, 27” waist, 39” hips, and long torso and M sat below my natural waist but still pretty high on me, and was just BARELY long enough to be decent. Definitely size up for a lower waisted fit, especially if you’re tall or have a long torso.
