This is my second review. I originally purchased a 3 based on reviews because everyone was saying a stretchy they was able to downsize. I downsize and they were too tight. I was able to button them and get them up, but they were too tight around my stomach so I sent them back and got the 5. These almost fit like 3. If didn't want to waste my money on return fees to send them back and get another size I would. I feel like I need a 7 for a more comfy fit. For a reference I am 5'5" 145 pounds, slim with some curves
