Poor customer service
Size Purchased: XL
Usual Size: 14
Color: Light Blue
The dress itself was good quality, just runs a tad small in size. In the other hand, trying to return the parcel was an awful experience, I had to source a printer to print out the slip of paper, and the return was going to cost me $40 in shipping fees
