It doesn’t fit

I was expecting an XS to have a bust size similar to the waist size for an XS but the dimensions are wayyyyy off will likely return as all of the boning will make it too complicated to tailor. This is very odd because the waist fits perfectly to size but the top part is 2-3 inches away from my chest. Disappointing.
