The length was good on my 5'7 frame. I went up a size to help hide my belly but this wasn't fitting with a stretch so it felt to big on. Get your size or go down 1. The waist band felt cheap, like after a wash, the elastic band will start to fold and feel uncomfortable. The slit doesn't look like the picture, which gives the impression it is cut in like a U shape to show leg without effort. This was the basic V slit and shows only when sitting or long stride walking. Not what I wanted... returned
