For all the ladies with bigger breast than a C cup, don't bother. Not for bigger chest ladies. I'm 140lbs, 5"5 and 34ddd, and when I tell you it didn't even cover half of my breast. Even the ladies with breast implants will not be able to wear it. My boobs are saggy so it was definitely a no for me, but overall the dress is super cute and very stretchy. Maybe sizing up one would give more chest room.
