I wear size 9 or 10 I buy a 10 don't fit I hate how they make shoes size nowadays people don't have time to return thing sad

Purchased a size 8 however was very short of length, gave it to a friend who normally wears a size 6/6.5 and fits her perfectly and says insides very soft.
