Fits perfect , true to size

I bought the black dress after buying the blue one. I LOVE the blue dress. However, the black dress is Way too short. To the point where it shows my ass cheeks. I’m not even that tall, I’m 5’6. The blue one was I’d say about 4 inches below my ass but this black one is way shorter. Plus it’s loose on the arm openings. I gave it to my niece who is 5’3 and it barely covered her but. I’m not sure why the sizing is so off but I would NOT recommend the black one. The blue one yes, 1,000%. So to sum it up, it’s extremely short and really loose on the top.
